Their presence in this Directory represents only that these companies, organizations, institutions, or individuals are members in good standing of ACAM. ACAM does not endorse these members and makes no representations, warranties or guarantees as to, and assumes no responsibility for, the products or services provided by these members. ACAM expressly disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of the use or performance of the products or services provided by these members.

Commerce: We reserve the right to refuse any transactions and will notify you if we have calcelled a transcation for any reason.  Checks returned will be subject to a $30 processing fee and will be re-resented as ACH up to a maximum of three times.  Declined credit cards are subject to a $30 processing fee.
