Eligibility for Professional MD/DO Membership
The applicant eligible for membership will submit a satisfactorily completed application form that includes a copy of the current state license if they are a practicing MD or DO along with a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and appropriate initiation and registration fees. International applicants must submit proof of medical degree from an accredited and recognized medical school. 

Eligibility for Professional ND (Naturopathic Doctor) Membership
The applicant eligible for membership will submit a satisfactorily completed application form that includes a copy of the current state license if practicing in a licensed ND state along with appropriate initiation and registration fees. 

ACAM only accepts membership applications from Naturopathic Physicians who hold a degree from one of the following accredited Naturopathic Medicine Colleges:

Eligibility for Affiliate Membership (Other Healthcare Professionals)
Applicants for Affiliate Membership will submit a satisfactorily completed application form which shall include a copy of current licenses, degrees or certification, as required by ACAM, together with a check representing the appropriate fee plus a letter of recommendation from a member of the College or licensed professional within the medical community.
