Eligibility for Professional MD/DO Membership
The applicant eligible for membership will submit a satisfactorily completed application form that includes a copy of the current state license if they are a practicing MD or DO along with appropriate initiation and registration fees. International applicants must submit prove of medical degree from an accredited and recognized medical school.  The acceptance into ACAM is subject to the criteria established by the Credentials Committee and approved by the Board. Further requirements may be established by the College to be implemented by the Credentials Committee.
